Also known as the crab walk, this resisted side step motion is a staple for a number of programming needs. Due to the direction of resistance it loads the muscles on the outside of the hip joint in a very effective manner, and when controlled can create an excellent overloading stimulus to aid their physical growth as well as their capacity and force providing potential.
